The use of this site is managed by the policies, terms, and conditions accordingly. Using this site and placement of order indicates your acceptance of these stipulations. The terms and conditions listed shall supplant any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such stipulations or conditions are signed by DentalSave, a division of NYD Programs, Inc. DentalSave reserves the right to amend this site and these terms and conditions at any time. In these terms and conditions, “you” and “your” will mean each person who has purchased a DentalSave membership. “We,” “our,” “ours,” and “us” represent DentalSave. Please read the following information thoroughly.

Description of Services

Members are entitled to receive discounts on dental services. Your membership and services are not transferable without our expressed written consent. You agree to use your membership only for your personal use and/or for the use of your spouse, children, or other household members. “Household” refers to the primary holder of the policy, his or her spouse (common law relationships included), and other individuals in the residing in the same abode. These discounts are explained in the Membership Information Packet, and are subject to change without notice. In order to receive the discounts listed, you are required to present your DentalSave membership card at the time the dental service is performed. To confirm a participating provider please contact a customer representative at 800.828.2222.

Restrictions

DentalSave is a discount dental program. This is not an insurance company. We cannot give surety to specialty care in all areas. Please verify services with each individual provider prior to your dental visit. Members must be enrolled in the Plan prior to visiting a participating provider to guarantee benefits. Participating providers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for all treatment provided. DentalSave makes no verbal or implicit warranties regarding services received, and disclaims all liability for any and all services performed by participating providers and their associates. There are no out-of-network benefits.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Yearly Membership:

Membership fees are fully refundable within 30 days upon receipt of your application. After 30 days, annual Plan holders are entitled to a prorated refund based on how much time is left on their membership. All Refund Requests must be made by calling us at 800.828.2222.

Monthly Membership:

Membership fees are fully refundable within 30 days upon receipt of your application. After 30 days, if you wish for any reason to discontinue your monthly Plan, simply contact us at 800.828.2222. Please note that monthly memberships are not eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the current month's paid membership fee.
