DentalSave™, a low cost alternative to the rising expenses of traditional dental coverage, was founded in 1981 by Dr. Bruce Sherman as Northeast Southeast Dental Plan.

Dr. Sherman applied his experience as a practicing dentist, faculty member at NYU College of Dentistry and Dental Director for two health care organizations to design an accessible and affordable dental program.

Membership begins immediately with no waiting.

Providers are paid directly at time of service with no need for forms and no limits on use.

Members receive their dental care in the comfort of a private practice setting selected from our dentists and specialists qualified to serve on our provider panels:

Dental Save Network: 25%-50% at over 8,000 dental access points and
Careington Network*: 20%-50% at over 111,000 dental access points.

*Careington Dental Network is not available to New York and New Jersey residents

Our name is our mission

We changed our company name to DentalSave™ in 2008 to better reflect our mission of savings to a broader audience.

Our new name comes from our ongoing commitment to save members money on premium dental care with product and service innovations.
