DentalSave™, a low cost solution to the rising expenses of traditional dental coverage, was founded in 1981 by Dr. Bruce Sherman as Northeast Southeast Dental Plan.

Dr. Sherman applied his experience as a practicing dentist, faculty member at NYU College of Dentistry and Dental Director for two health care organizations to design an accessible and affordable dental program.

Providers are paid directly without the need for claim forms, co-payments, deductibles or annual maximums.

Members receive their dental care in the comfort of a private practice setting selected from over 8,000 dentists and specialists qualified to serve on our provider panel.

And most importantly, charges by the participating providers offer savings of 20% to 50% off usual dental fees.

Our name is our mission

We changed our company name to DentalSave™ in 2008 to better reflect our mission of savings to a broader audience.

Our new name comes from our ongoing commitment to save members money on premium dental care with product and service innovations.
